2015 School Opinion Survey

23/07/2015
School Opinion Survey

Each year, Education Queensland undertakes the School Opinion Survey to obtain opinion information with important aspects of schooling from parents/caregivers, students and school staff. If your family/student has been selected to complete the Parent/Caregiver Survey/Student Survey, I hope you will take a few minutes to complete the survey to help make this school a better place for your child/ren.
Later in the year, the school will receive a report outlining the results of the survey for our school. The results will help the school to evaluate and to reflect on how well the school is going, and to identify areas for future development. The survey results are also an important part of the school’s annual report.
Your responses are completely confidential.  Access details for the Parent/Caregiver Survey will be sent home with students this week. Please note that these access details are not linked to individuals, and you cannot be identified in the survey results that will be reported back to the school by the department. The survey barcode on the online access codes are used to ensure that forms are distributed to the correct school and to allow the information to be analysed for the school. They are not assigned to individuals or allow individual responses to be reviewed.  Please complete the survey online at: http://education.qld.gov.au/schoolopinionsurvey/
If you wish to complete the survey, but do not have access to a computer please contact the office to enable suitable arrangements to be made.
I strongly encourage you to complete the survey to help make this school a better place. If you are unable, or choose not to complete the survey, it would be greatly appreciated if you could please inform the school as soon as possible and return all of the survey materials. This will enable the school to provide the survey materials to another family to complete. Thank you in advance for your participation in the survey.
